Sadly, the Network Recording Player does not allow you to change the audio device, yet insists on not using your defaults. What might be the problem you may ask? The player picked an audio device for output that was neither the default, nor the default communication device - but one of the monitors that also had audio out. Of course this is where Cisco's help ends. The recording was fine and contained audio, the computer was fine, played sound and the mixer levels were okay too. I was just called up by a friend who had issues playing back his recorded classes.
